Why I Created ReRun
I’m Brooke — a pre and postnatal qualified personal trainer, runner and mum.After having my first child, Parker, I wanted to run again so badly. Not just for fitness, but to feel like myself again.But I also had this quiet fear of, “Is my body actually ready for this? After experiencing pelvic floor symptoms and prolapse myself, I didn’t want to guess my way back, push through symptoms or hope for the best.I created ReRun to give mums the structure, reassurance and support I wish I had, combining my experience as a personal trainer and runner with expert education from Senior Pelvic Floor & Continence Physiotherapist Rachel Fitt.

FAQDo I need to start at Week 1?
Most members should begin with Week 1. If you’re already comfortably completing short run/walk intervals, are symptom-free and have completed the Readiness Checklist, you may choose to begin with Week 2.What if I miss a session?
That’s okay. You can repeat sessions, take extra rest days or repeat a week whenever you need.Can I do ReRun if I have prolapse or leaking?
It depends on your symptoms and individual situation. If you’re unsure whether running is appropriate for you, please check in with a pelvic floor physiotherapist before starting.Does ReRun include personalised advice?
No. ReRun provides general education, running progressions and strength programming. It does not replace individual medical advice, physiotherapy treatment or personalised rehabilitation.
